
MANGO GUACAMOLE



INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe avocados pitted, peeled and chopped
- 1 fresh jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup thick and chunky salsa
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- - juice of 1/2 a lime
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- 1 medium ripe mango peeled, pitted and chopped (about 1 cup)
- - tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine avocados, jalapeño, salsa, cilantro, garlic, lime zest and juice; salt and pepper to taste.
Using a potato masher or fork, mash to desired consistency. Add mangos; continue mashing just until combined or desired consistency.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
