MANGO GUACAMOLE

Serves : 12 (1/4 cup) servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 ripe avocados pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup thick and chunky salsa
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • - juice of 1/2 a lime
  • - salt
  • - ground black pepper
  • 1 medium ripe mango peeled, pitted and chopped (about 1 cup)
  • - tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine avocados, jalapeño, salsa, cilantro, garlic, lime zest and juice; salt and pepper to taste.

Using a potato masher or fork, mash to desired consistency. Add mangos; continue mashing just until combined or desired consistency.

Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
