POMEGRANATE GRANOLA BREAKFAST PARFAIT

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mango
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fiber & protein granola
  • - organic wildflower honey optional

DIRECTIONS

Place half the yogurt in a bowl; top with 2 tablespoons mangoes, 2 tablespoons blueberries, 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds and 1 tablespoon granola. Drizzle with honey, if desired.

Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
