
GRILLED SALMON
with Tarragon



INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- - juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tablespoon organic Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped organic fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 12 ounces salmon fillets
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine wine, lemon juice, mustard, tarragon and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place salmon fillet in a shallow dish; pour marinade over salmon. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes, flipping once.
Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Place salmon, skin-side-up, on grill. Grill 5 minutes. Carefully turn salmon over. Continue grilling 5 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
