
FRESH HERB CANAPÉS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 head garlic
- 1 teaspoon organic extra virgin olive oil
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon chopped organic fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped organic fresh baby dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped organic fresh thyme
- 1 loaf French baguette bread sliced 1/2-inch thick
- - sprigs of herbs for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Slice off top ¼ of garlic bulb. Place in center of a piece of foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Fold foil around garlic to seal. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 1 hour; cool. Squeeze bulb to release roasted garlic.
Combine cream cheese, roasted garlic and herbs. Spread on baguette slices and top with sprigs of herbs.
