
HASH BROWN BENEDICT



INGREDIENTS
- 10 frozen hash brown patties
- 1 0.9 ounce packet hollandaise sauce mix
- 10 large large eggs
- 20 slices cooked naturally hardwood smoked bacon
DIRECTIONS
Prepare hash brown patties according to package directions.
Prepare hollandaise sauce according to package directions; keep warm. Poach or fry eggs.
Place patties on platter or individual plates. Top with cooked bacon, eggs and hollandaise sauce. Serve immediately.
