PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM TOPPING

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 20 ounce can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup undrained
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil; boil 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.

Cool slightly and serve over ice cream.
