
MIXED BERRY BRUSCHETTA



INGREDIENTS
- 1 12 ounce package frozen berry medley thawed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 16 (1/2-inch) slices French bread
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 6 tablespoons blended vanilla lowfat yogurt
- - honey for drizzling
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine berries, mint and sugar; set aside. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
Place bread on large baking sheet; bake in a preheated 375°F oven 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush bread with butter; sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Broil (HIGH) 5 minutes or until tops are bubbly and golden brown; cool.
Top each slice of bread with about 1 teaspoon of yogurt, 1 tablespoon berries and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
