MANGO SHERBET

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 16 ounce package frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup half & half

DIRECTIONS

In small saucepan, bring water to a boil; add sugar and stir. When sugar completely dissolves, remove from heat. Cool.

In food processor or blender, combine mangos, half & half and simple syrup. Process until smooth.

Transfer to a freezer-safe container with cover. Freeze several hours or overnight.
