
PUMPKIN PIE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 15 ounce package refrigerated pie crust (1 crust)
- 1 15 ounce can 100% pure pumpkin
- 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Prepare crust according to package directions for a one-crust filled pie (do not bake). Place on baking sheet; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients until well mixed. Carefully pour into pie crust.
Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350°F and continue baking 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Do not over bake.
Remove from oven; allow to cool completely. Keep refrigerated.
