
PINEAPPLE GLAZED POUND CAKE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup crushed pineapple in natural juice drained
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 package frozen pound cake thawed
DIRECTIONS
In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients except pound cake.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil; boil 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Pour over pound cake; slice and serve.
