
NO-BAKE LEMON CHEESECAKE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 3 ounce package lemon gelatin mix
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup fat free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8 ounce package fat free cream cheese softened
- 2 1/2 8 ounce cups frozen fat free whipped topping thawed
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
DIRECTIONS
In large mixing bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water; mix until completely dissolved. Let cool 5 minutes.
Add sweetened condensed milk; using an electric mixer, beat on medium until well combined.
Add cream cheese and continue beating until well combined and smooth. Add whipped topping and continue beating just until combined.
Pour into crust. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or until set.
