FRENCH SILK PIE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 frozen deep dish pie crust
  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 2 3.9 ounce packages instant chocolate pudding & pie filling
  • 2 cups frozen original whipped topping thawed
  • - chocolate shavings optional

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pie crust according to empty one-crust baked crust package directions; cool.

In large mixing bowl, combine whipping cream, milk and pudding mix. Using an electric mixer, beat 1 minute at medium speed. Pour into cooled pie crust.

Top with whipped topping and chocolate shavings; refrigerate until set.
