
CRANBERRY PECAN PIE



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 15 ounce package refrigerated pie crust (1 crust)
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup crushed oats & honey crunchy granola bars (2 pouches)
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pie crust according to package directions; do not bake.
In large mixing bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter and cinnamon; whisk until well combined. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Transfer to prepared pie crust. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely; store in refrigerator.
