MEATBALL SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS
  • 20 frozen Italian style meatballs
  • 1 cup traditional pasta sauce
  • 4 (4-inch sections) French bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS

In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine meatballs and pasta sauce; bring to a simmer. Simmer until meatballs are heated through (about 20 minutes).

Meanwhile cut bread sections in half horizontally leaving one edge attached. Divide meatballs among bread. Top with cheese.

Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Broil (HIGH) until cheese is melted and golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).
