HAWAIIAN CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade & sauce
  • 4 slices pineapple slices in heavy syrup + juice from can
  • 4 deli style Swiss cheese slices

DIRECTIONS

Place chicken, teriyaki and pineapple juice into a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal. Toss to coat. Place in refrigerator and marinate 30 minutes or up to overnight.

Transfer chicken to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish; top with pineapple slices.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F and juices run clear. Top with cheese slices; continue baking until bubbly and golden brown (about 5 minutes).
