BAKED CHEESE RAVIOLI

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 7 ounce package fancy shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese divided
  • 2/3 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 24 ounce jar tomato, garlic & onion pasta sauce
  • 24 pot sticker wrappers

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor or blender, combined 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, egg, garlic and Italian seasoning; salt and pepper to taste. Process until smooth. Spread ½ cup pasta sauce in the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.

Working in batches, wet the edge of each wrapper with water. Place 1 heaping teaspoon cheese mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold in half and press to seal edges with a fork. Place in baking dish.

Top with remaining pasta sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
