
LEMON STARS
with Fresh Berries



INGREDIENTS
- 1 16.5 ounce chub sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup frozen lite whipped topping thawed
- 1/2 cup lemon curd
- - fresh blueberries & raspberries
- - fresh lemon peel optional
DIRECTIONS
Roll dough out to �-inch thick. Using a star cookie cutter, cut out 16 cookies and place on a large baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 375�F oven 7-8 minutes. Cool on baking sheet 1 minute. Remove to cooling rack until cooled completely.
Place cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl; using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until light and fluffy. Mix in whipped topping and lemon curd until just combined.
Spread cookies with cheese mixture. Top with berries. Garnish with lemon peel, if desired.
