Under no circumstances shall SUPERVALU, its subsidiaries, or its affiliates be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to, or collected as a result of, your access of the Site, even if SUPERVALU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
